**General Conduct:**

1. **Respect Others:** Treat fellow players, staff members, and the community with respect and courtesy. Avoid harassment, discrimination, hate speech, or any form of abuse.
2. **Maintain a Positive Environment:** Promote a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all players. Refrain from excessive profanity, offensive language, or disruptive behavior.
3. **Play Fair:** Do not engage in cheating, botting, exploiting bugs, or any other unfair practices that give you an advantage over others.
4. **Protect Account Security:** Keep your account information safe and never share your password with anyone. Report any suspicious activity to a staff member immediately.
5. **Disrespecting the Staff Team:** We are doing our best to provide you with the best gameplay possible. Please respect the Staff Team for our actions, decisions etc.
6. **The Staff Team may moderate at their discretion:** Nothing is perfect, that includes our rules list. Any loopholes will not be tolerated. We may moderate anything not on this list that we deem inappropriate. Use your common sense and do not complain when the Staff Team tries to keep the server a favorable environment for the majority.

**In-Game Behavior:**

1. **No Spamming:** Avoid excessive messaging, flooding chat channels, or using disruptive text effects.
2. **No Trolling:** Do not intentionally provoke or annoy others, disrupt gameplay, or cause harm to the server or its players.
3. **No Advertising:** Refrain from promoting other servers, websites, or services without explicit permission from staff.
4. **No Impersonating Staff:** Do not pretend to be a staff member or make false claims about your authority.

**Gameplay Rules:**

1. **No Bug Abuse:** Do not exploit bugs or glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Report any bugs you encounter to staff.
2. **No Real Money Trading (RMT):** Buying or selling in-game items or currency for real-world money is strictly prohibited.
3. **No AFK Farming:** AFK Farming of any kind (auto-clicker, bot, macro) is not allowed. We have bot checkers in most maps. We also do maps checks from time to time. If you're not able to respond to any of the bot checks, you will be sanctioned.
4. **Gambling is HIGHLY discouraged:** Gambling of any kind is highly discouraged as it results to players quitting, getting scammed etc. Any items lost due to gambling is not our responsibility.
5. **Third Party Programs:** Discussion, promotion or usage of any third-party programs that deter normal gameplay of CristalyRO is strictly prohibited.
6. **Scamming and Hacking:** Scamming or hacking another player would not be tolerated. And for other players, your account and items is your own responsibility. The Staff Team can jail and ban the scammer/hacker, but your lost item is not guaranteed will be tracked and given back.

**Penalties for Violations:**

* **Item Deletion and Permanent Ban for RMT.**
* **Warnings:** Minor offenses may result in verbal or written warnings.
* **Temporary Bans:** More serious violations may lead to temporary bans from the server.
* **Permanent Bans:** Repeated offenses or severe violations may result in permanent bans from the server.

**Appeals:**

* If you feel you have been unfairly punished, you may appeal your case to the server staff.

**Additional Notes:**

* Staff members reserve the right to interpret and enforce the rules as needed.
* These rules may be updated or modified at any time. It is your responsibility to stay informed of the current rules.
* Ignorance of the rules does not excuse violations.

# Sanction for Violations

## You will be warned before any action is taken, unless the first/only offense is a ban instead of a mute.

1-If seen action is consecutive, the warning will be waved. Only the punishment and notification of why will be provided.&#x20;

2-*If a **Game Master** requests you to stop, please listen* **Or face a mute time of 3 hours or more**. No arguing just understand we want the game to be pleasant for everyone.&#x20;

3-All rules are subject to change without notice or announcement to players. So check back periodically as ignorance is not an excuse!&#x20;

4-Understand that each report and rule broken are left to the **judgement of that GM**, so punishment(s) will vary on a case by case basis.

**PvP Ladder Abuse** Any attempt to climb the ladder by "free-killing" or "dual killing" other player will be punished Ignorance is **not** excuse&#x20;

* **Any Offense**: 1 Week Ban&#x20;

**AFK Macro Farming** While we do allow Macro's, we do **NOT** allow AFK Macro farming. It is the same as botting. So if you're *not* going to be present enough to respond, don't do this!&#x20;

* **First Offense**: 3 Day Ban&#x20;
* **Second Offense**: 1 Week Ban&#x20;
* **Third Offense**: Permanent Ban&#x20;

**No-Delay Software / WPE:** We know that sometimes people find new ways to break the safeguard. If found to be speed hacking, no ban appeals for this.&#x20;

* **Player Report**: Permanent Ban&#x20;
* **GM Report**: Permanent Ban&#x20;

**Scamming** Tricking players isn't very nice, so please don't do it!&#x20;

* **Player Report**: 3 Day Ban \[ If proven guilty ] 3
* **GM Report**: Permanent Ban&#x20;

**Impersonation** Pretending to be a GM or another player is not allowed. Do so at your own risk even if you're joking around!&#x20;

* **Player Report**: 1 Week Ban&#x20;
* **GM Report**: Permanent Ban

**Bug Abuse** If you are found to be abusing a bug, you will be dealt with accordingly. Report Bugs to Game Masters or our Discord!&#x20;

* **First Offense**: 2 Day Ban&#x20;
* **Second Offense**: 1 Week Ban
* **Third Offense**: Permanent Ban&#x20;

**Targeted Harassment** Do not purposefully go out of your way to single anyone out and continue to do so.

* **First Offense**: 60 Minute Mute&#x20;
* **Second Offense**: 180 Minute Mute&#x20;
* **Third Offense**: 2 Day Ban

**Disturbing PvP** Do not go into PvP just to troll and grief, especially with a side/sock/fake account. The punishment for this varies as some cases will be worse than others. Don't do this.

* **First Offense**: 60 Minute Mute&#x20;
* **Second Offense**: 180 Minute Mute&#x20;
* **Third Offense**: 2 Day Ban&#x20;

**Disrespecting and Insulting** This goes for players and Game Masters, don't overdo it or you can be met with a punishment. Includes all forms of chat, #channels, chat rooms, guild names and titles, etcetera.&#x20;

* **First Offense**: 60 Minute Mute&#x20;
* **Second Offense**: 180 Minute Mute&#x20;
* **Third Offense**: 2 Day Ban&#x20;

**Character names Civil** Please do **not** use vulgarities in your In-Game Names.&#x20;

* **First Offense**: 60 Minute Jail&#x20;
* **Second Offense**: 180 Minute Jail&#x20;
* **Third Offense**: 1 Day Ban&#x20;

**Bad Language | Racist | Sexual Words in Public** This is standard for anywhere. Don't be rude and vulgar!&#x20;

* **First Offense**: 12 Hour Ban&#x20;
* **Second Offense**: 3 Day Ban&#x20;
* **Third Offense**: Permanent Ban

**Abusing Buying | Selling | Trading Policy or Joke-Buying** Please be serious about your B/S/T, fun and games is fine until people get their hopes up or think you have items that don't exist.&#x20;

* **First Offense**: 5 Minute Mute&#x20;
* **Second Offense**: 30 Minute Mute&#x20;
* **Third Offense**: 120 Minute Mute&#x20;

**Selling of anything for IRL currency** This we do not openly allow, if you do any backdoor and/or quiet transaction(s) like this and get scammed there is nothing that will be done to help you.&#x20;

* **Any Offense**: Permanent Ban&#x20;

**GM Request Abuse** @request should only be used when you absolutely need a GM and not for any other use.

**Exploiting Server Functions** Knowingly abusing any feature(s) in the server for personal gain.&#x20;

#### 2. Reúne 50,000 Souls

## World Boss Event

El **World Boss Event** es un desafío cooperativo donde los jugadores enfrentan oleadas de enemigos y un poderoso jefe final para defender el mundo de Midgard. La participación y el desempeño en el evento determinan las recompensas recibidas.

### Introducción

Cheffenia se lleva a cabo en tres mapas diferentes, cada uno con un nivel de dificultad:

* **Normal:** bossnia\_02

Los jugadores deben formar un grupo, elegir su nivel de desafío y enfrentarse a los monstruos y jefes que habitan estas mazmorras.

**General Conduct:**

1. **Respect Others:** Treat fellow players, staff members, and the community with respect and courtesy. Avoid harassment, discrimination, hate speech, or any form of abuse.
2. **Maintain a Positive Environment:** Promote a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all players. Refrain from excessive profanity, offensive language, or disruptive behavior.
3. **Play Fair:** Do not engage in cheating, botting, exploiting bugs, or any other unfair practices that give you an advantage over others.
4. **Protect Account Security:** Keep your account information safe and never share your password with anyone. Report any suspicious activity to a staff member immediately.
5. **Disrespecting the Staff Team:** We are doing our best to provide you with the best gameplay possible. Please respect the Staff Team for our actions, decisions etc.
6. **The Staff Team may moderate at their discretion:** Nothing is perfect, that includes our rules list. Any loopholes will not be tolerated. We may moderate anything not on this list that we deem inappropriate. Use your common sense and do not complain when the Staff Team tries to keep the server a favorable environment for the majority.

**In-Game Behavior:**

1. **No Spamming:** Avoid excessive messaging, flooding chat channels, or using disruptive text effects.
2. **No Trolling:** Do not intentionally provoke or annoy others, disrupt gameplay, or cause harm to the server or its players.
3. **No Advertising:** Refrain from promoting other servers, websites, or services without explicit permission from staff.
4. **No Impersonating Staff:** Do not pretend to be a staff member or make false claims about your authority.

**Gameplay Rules:**

1. **No Bug Abuse:** Do not exploit bugs or glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Report any bugs you encounter to staff.
2. **No Real Money Trading (RMT):** Buying or selling in-game items or currency for real-world money is strictly prohibited.
3. **No AFK Farming:** AFK Farming of any kind (auto-clicker, bot, macro) is not allowed. We have bot checkers in most maps. We also do maps checks from time to time. If you're not able to respond to any of the bot checks, you will be sanctioned.
4. **Gambling is HIGHLY discouraged:** Gambling of any kind is highly discouraged as it results to players quitting, getting scammed etc. Any items lost due to gambling is not our responsibility.
5. **Third Party Programs:** Discussion, promotion or usage of any third-party programs that deter normal gameplay of CristalyRO is strictly prohibited.
6. **Scamming and Hacking:** Scamming or hacking another player would not be tolerated. And for other players, your account and items is your own responsibility. The Staff Team can jail and ban the scammer/hacker, but your lost item is not guaranteed will be tracked and given back.

**Penalties for Violations:**

* **Item Deletion and Permanent Ban for RMT.**
* **Warnings:** Minor offenses may result in verbal or written warnings.
* **Temporary Bans:** More serious violations may lead to temporary bans from the server.
* **Permanent Bans:** Repeated offenses or severe violations may result in permanent bans from the server.

**Appeals:**

* If you feel you have been unfairly punished, you may appeal your case to the server staff.

**Additional Notes:**

* Staff members reserve the right to interpret and enforce the rules as needed.

# Sanction for Violations

## You will be warned before any action is taken, unless the first/only offense is a ban instead of a mute.

1-If seen action is consecutive, the warning will be waved. Only the punishment and notification of why will be provided.&#x20;

2-*If a **Game Master** requests you to stop, please listen* **Or face a mute time of 3 hours or more**. No arguing just understand we want the game to be pleasant for everyone.&#x20;

3-All rules are subject to change without notice or announcement to players. So check back periodically as ignorance is not an excuse!&#x20;

4-Understand that each report and rule broken are left to the **judgement of that GM**, so punishment(s) will vary on a case by case basis.

**PvP Ladder Abuse** Any attempt to climb the ladder by "free-killing" or "dual killing" other player will be punished Ignorance is **not** excuse&#x20;

* **Any Offense**: 1 Week Ban&#x20;

**AFK Macro Farming** While we do allow Macro's, we do **NOT** allow AFK Macro farming. It is the same as botting. So if you're *not* going to be present enough to respond, don't do this!&#x20;

* **First Offense**: 3 Day Ban&#x20;
* **Second Offense**: 1 Week Ban&#x20;
* **Third Offense**: Permanent Ban&#x20;

**No-Delay Software / WPE:** We know that sometimes people find new ways to break the safeguard. If found to be speed hacking, no ban appeals for this.&#x20;

* **Player Report**: Permanent Ban&#x20;

#### 1. Habla con el Dark Magician

* Habla con el **Dark Magician** y selecciona la opción **"Trust.."**.
* **Objetivo:** Te pedirá que traigas **50,000 Souls**.

#### 2. Reúne 50,000 Souls

* Derrota enemigos para recolectar las almas. Cada vez que obtengas una, recibirás un mensaje indicando el progreso.
* Una vez alcanzadas las **50,000 Souls**, vuelve al **Dark Magician**.
* **Objetivo desbloqueado:** Él te pedirá recolectar almas específicas.

* **Objetivo:** Recolecta las siguientes almas de monstruos:

  * **5x Bloody Knight's Soul** (Mob ID: 1268)
* Las probabilidades de obtenerlas varían:
  * 4% para Evil Cloud Hermit
  * 3% para Dullahan
  * 1% para Bloody Murderer y Loli Ruri
  * 100% para Bloody Knight

Vuelve al **Dark Magician** cuando completes esta etapa.
